Question 1

What is Kid Convoy?

Accepted Answer

Kid Convoy is a family scheduling and logistics app for iOS and Android. It combines a shared family calendar with ride coordination (drop-off and pick-up drivers), conflict warnings, and in-app messaging so busy parents can manage multiple kids' activities without scattered group texts.

Question 2

How do busy parents keep track of multiple kids' schedules?

Accepted Answer

Use one shared family calendar everyone can see. Kid Convoy shows day, week, and month views with color-coded events, warns when schedules conflict or overlap, and lets you assign who is driving each activity — so practices, appointments, and school events stay organized in one place.

Question 3

Is Kid Convoy a shared family calendar app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Kid Convoy is built as a shared family calendar and planner. Adults and caregivers in your household see the same schedule, get reminders, and can message each other when plans change.

Question 4

Can Kid Convoy help organize sports and after-school activities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Parents use Kid Convoy to manage soccer, baseball, dance, swim, and other activity schedules. Assign drop-off and pick-up drivers for each event, see conflicts when games overlap, and message your convoy when practice runs late.

Question 5

How do families coordinate pick-ups, drop-offs, and carpools?

Accepted Answer

For each event, assign drop-off and pick-up drivers from your family members. Kid Convoy surfaces when drivers are double-booked and when events need a driver assigned. When plans change, message your family inside the app instead of chasing texts.

Question 6

How is Kid Convoy different from a basic family calendar?

Accepted Answer

Most family calendar apps stop at dates and reminders. Kid Convoy is built for family logistics — who is driving, who is attending, conflict detection, caregiver seats, and real-time messaging when schedules shift.

Question 7

Is Kid Convoy good for large families or co-parenting?

Accepted Answer

Kid Convoy supports multiple adults, children, and caregiver seats on one shared schedule. Co-parents and extended family can stay aligned on pickups, activities, and school events from a single family hub.

Question 8

Does Kid Convoy sync with Apple Calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can import events from Apple Calendar, review pending items, and add them to your shared family schedule so external appointments live alongside kids' activities.

Question 9

Is there a free version of Kid Convoy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with full access to every premium feature — no credit card required. After the trial, a subscription is required to keep using the app.

Question 10

How do I invite other family members or caregivers?

Accepted Answer

From the Family tab, invite adults and caregivers by email. They join your household and see the same shared schedule, driver assignments, and messages. Owner and co-owner roles control who can manage members and settings.
